偶発資産とは 【Contingent asset】
- 過去の事象から発生し得る資産のうち、企業が必ずしも支配可能な範囲にあるとはいえない将来の1 つ若しくは複数の不確実な事象が発生するか、又は発生しないことによってのみその存在が確認されるもの。
- A possible asset that arises from past events and whose existence will be confirmed only by the occurrence or non-occurrence of one or more uncertain future events not wholly within the control of the entity.
